How does it work
We ship to Poland, Germany, Great Britain, France, Austria, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. We offer the best delivery times, significantly reducing their costs. The buyers from Germany, France and Poland can receive the product within 48 hours after ordering.
Together with the shipping services we realize returns from foreign buyers. They can send the product back to an address of their country of origin – the same from which they received the parcel. The system can generate a return label so that the recipients do not incur costs.

Order data is added by the seller to GLOBAL24 system: manually, with CSV import or with integration.

In our system, the seller generates the label of a foreign courier. As a part of the service, we provide shipping and return address in the buyer’s country.

The seller packs the product and prints and sticks the label.

Then he puts all the parcels to a bulk shipment and sends them by his own courier or delivers personally to our location in UK.

After receiving the parcels in GLOBAL24, we verify each foreign shipment in terms of size and weight. We confirm the acceptance of the order and update the status in the system.

Every day we transport parcels to destination countries: Poland, Germany, Great Britain, France, Austria, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Italy.

In our logistic centre we have prepared shelves for each of our partners. There, returns are waiting to be sent to their warehouses in UK.

SHIPPING: The sender’s address for international shipments is our location in the buyer’s country. As a result, all deliveries are carried out as domestic. Next to the name GOGLOBAL24, the seller’s brand name appears as the sender identification.
RETURNS: The address to which buyers should send returns is the same from which they received the parcel. For recipients from Poland, Germany, Great Britain, France, Austria, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Italy this is our location in this country. For them, return parcels are domestic. In addition to the GOGLOBAL24 name as the recipient of the return, the buyer inputs the name of the seller’s brand.

Best couriers
SHIPPING: In each of the countries we operate in, the delivery is carried out by local leaders in courier and postal services. These are dependable partners who guarantee the best quality and shortest delivery times.
RETURNS: Our partners can offer free returns to their customers. They are able to send them labels from local couriers electronically or even inside the shipment. The seller is charged with a payment for such a label only if it is used by the buyer.

SHIPPING: The operation of our services is controlled by our system. At any time, merchants can check the status of shipments and tracking links, among other information.
RETURNS: Our online system also provides up-to-date details about returns. Sellers can check return senders information and their location at any time. We can send bulk shipment with returns to the warehouse of the seller once, 2 or 3 times a week or after an e-mail request.

No minimum
SHIPPING: Our services are also available for those sellers who are unable to declare any number of shipments. What is more, we do not charge any subscription fees.
RETURNS: A complete return handling service is available to all sellers who have shipped the parcels using our services, no matter how many of them.
