Capabilities
We have created our IT solution from scratch taking the needs of foreign e-commerce logistics into account. Instead of versality, we focused on specialization. This allowed us to increase the efficiency of the system and excel the functions necessary only for handling logistics in foreign sales.
Using the GOGLOBAL24 system is the only way to utilise our shipping and return services. Access to it is free for all sellers who sign a simple contract with us.
Shipping management
The primary data on which most functions are based is information about buyers’ orders. Orders can be added manually, imported or downloaded automatically with the help of integrations, which are described below.
Label generation
The essential function of the system is generation of labels of foreign couriers. Our way of creating them is unique because we generate them ourselves, independently from courier IT systems. This allows for better performance and certainty of label generation.
Returns control
The system contains up-to-date information about the returns accepted by us. They are entered to the system by our employees not later than one day after. The location of the return is shown in the form of its status.
E-mail notifications
The email notification module can be easily configured depending on many possible events in the system. Information about them can be sent the defined e-mail addresses of the seller himself (alerts, e-invoices, status of complaints) or directly to buyers (after generating the label or in case of courier problems with delivery). The content of the message can be freely edited.
Complaints
Any questions or complaints about shipments and returns can be reported directly within the system. Our customer service department will solve any problems sent that way in quickest and most accurate way. You can also add attachments to the messages.
Invoice generation
We have prepared a useful module to create invoices for foreign buyers. It allows configuration of seller data, VAT rates, numbering and invoice language. As part of the template, you can set your own logo in the form of a graphic file.
Integrations
Connections with third-party systems allow you to automate handling of foreign orders. We are integrated securely and reliably with the best e-commerce systems, eliminating the need to enter the data manually or import them from CSV files.
In the case of a dedicated e-commerce solution, we recommend using our API. We provide a number of useful functions to integrate with our system.
